CON29DW Residential report changes coming January 2024
From January 2024 our CON29DW Residential report is changing
We've listened to your comments and changed our CON29DW Residential’s format. We not only offer The Law Society’s endorsed template for the water and drainage information relating to your transaction but also the very highest standards of consumer protection in a new and fresh design and layout created by our industry experts.
Some of these changes to the CON29DW Residential product that we produce for the Northumbrian Water area include :
- Summary page including easy to use interactive navigation throughout report
- All you need to know guide to understand your CON29DW Residential report including pictorial visuals to clarify responsibility and ownership of pipework
- Issues clearly identified on front summary page
This change will come into effect from week commencing 8 January 2024 – orders received from this date onwards will be processed based on these changes.
We've not increased our prices in the last 10 years despite annual inflation increases therefore to accommodate these enhancements, the new CON29DW Residential price will be £45 plus VAT.
We will treat existing quotes, and any orders already received but not processed, on a case-by-case basis, but wherever possible we will ensure you are not impacted negatively by these changes as we switch from one arrangement to the other.
